Current professors and associates of the Department of Microelectronics have published 25 monographs, 17 textbooks, 23 supplementary textbooks, 1027 research papers, 2 patents, participated in a number of domestic and foreign research projects, and won 8 awards and recognitions.
The Department of Microelectronics is making continuous efforts in improving the employees’ teaching and research skills and in following the latest tendencies in both educational and research activities. Particular efforts are being made on proper profiling the knowledge acquired by the students so they can get the desired positions in industry or in appropriate research institutions soon after graduation. As for the research, the emphasis is being put on intensifying collaboration with foreign research institutions and domestic industry.
